PASSGUARD-H CUSTOM-MADE EARPLUGS The PassGuard-H noise protection device provides innovative hearing protection: it is custom-made for filtering out all noise sources outside the speech frequency. PassGuard-H is an improved and patented silicone compound that allows certain sound frequencies to pass. This means that you can hear what’s going on around you and still get the highest possible level of hearing protection! With its perfect fit, the highest possible noise attenuation can be achieved while speech can be heard, so you can communicate comfortably in the presence of ambient noise. MSA ALTAIR 4X COMBINED GAS DETECTOR FOR RENTAL The MSA Altair 4X model is equipped with XCell sensor technology, the most advanced sensor solution available on the market for portable gas detectors. ALTAIR 4X is a reliable multi-component gas detector capable of measuring O2, H2S, CO and combustible gases. The robust instrument housing is unrivalled in durability, withstanding the test of being dropped from a height of 6 metres onto concrete. With its high-resolution display and large buttons that can be operated with gloves on, the ALTAIR 4X is easy to use in any working environment, even in low-light conditions. The lifetime of MSA XCell sensors is twice the industry average. The new MSA XCell sensors are characterised by excellent stability, accuracy, repeatability and fast response. The sensor end-of-life display warns the user in time, avoiding downtime. Microelectronics built into the sensor allow for a faster response and therefore a shorter calibration time. The equipment can be rented at our company for specific periods.
ACCURATE FOOT SIZE MEASUREMENT In case of safety footwear, it is especially important to choose the correct shoe size to ensure appropriate protective function. In addition, only perfect fit will ensure lasting comfort. However, the sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer. The device helps you determine the right shoe size and width to ensure that your footwear provides a perfect and complaint-free wearing during everyday work. The device is easy to use, so the exact shoe size can be determined even on-site. In this way, incorrect size selection can be avoided.
ADDING LOGOS Upon request, we also offer to add logos to workwear, protective clothing, helmets and goggles ordered from our company. We offer flexible deadlines taking into account the volume of the order. We also have a solution for affixing meticulously crafted logos. We have our own heat press, which is also suitable for orders with small unit numbers or adding logos with complex designs using transfer stickers. For large quantities of logos containing fewer colours, we recommend the screen printing process, which is one of the techniques providing the most durable results. All techniques require a vector pattern in cdr, ai or eps format. If this is not available, we will prepare the required sample in the appropriate format, for a graphic design fee!

CUSTOM PRINTING Our food packaging products can be printed with any sign, image, logo, or custom design – all of high quality and durable. Custom printing represents and promotes your company and your products in style.
Step 1: Send us the visual design you have dreamed and created, with vector graphics (CorelDraw) and in .jpg format by also indicating the quantity you wish to order. Step 2: The request will be processed and forwarded to the printing press. After their confirmation, we will notify you of the expected lead time and the exact amount of the advance payment invoice, and we will attach an order form to our letter.
Step 3: We can accept the order and start the production process after you have completed, signed and returned the order form to us, and following receipt of the amount indicated on the advance payment invoice.
Step 4: The lead time of the production process depends on the required quantity and the printing capacity, normally:
- 4-8 weeks for FLEXO
- 6-7 weeks for OFFSET
- 1 week for TAMPON
- 1 week for ROUND SIEVE
As soon as your products are ready and have arrived at our site, we will inform you of the planned date of pickup.
Step 5: After notification, the goods can be picked up at our site in Gyáli street.
In case of FLEXO printing, the ink is heat resistant, sterilisable, scratch and abrasion resistant, resistant to water, food, detergent and light – making it a technology specifically used in food packaging.
OFSET is the most widely used printing technology providing state-of-the-art technology, offering similar properties to FLEXO printing with photographic quality.
TAMPON printing is one of the most widely used printing formats for flat and curved surfaces due to its low cost and the possibility of low production volume.
ROUND SIEVE is a special screen printing process for applying logos on cylindrical products. The colours are mixed according to the Pantone colour scale.
